What is happening to my Home Depot Pro (or "Wilmar", "eBarnett", or "SupplyWorks" for some of you) account?
To best serve your business, you will have one account through HD Supply for your industry services, operating supplies, and maintenance products, as well as for hospitality supplies, linen, terry cloth, and amenities.
If you have not purchased from HD Supply previously, we will create a new HD Supply account for your business as part of the transition. This new account number will be mailed to your property and emailed to your company contacts on file.
After the transition, your account will contain your Home Depot Pro order history for the last 18 months, as well as previous saved lists, like Favorites, Customer Catalogs, and Bin Labels. Your store information, existing account information, and core Home Depot relationships will remain the same.
For Customers Without Pre-Existing HD Supply Accounts:
After the transition is complete, visit hdsupplysolutions.com and select "Register Or Sign In" on the homepage. Then, select the "Forgot username or password" option and enter your current Home Depot Pro user ID/email to set your new password.

I purchase from both HD Supply and Home Depot Pro – are my account numbers changing?
Once the transition is complete, your business will have one account through HD Supply for ordering your industry essentials from us. Your Home Depot Pro account number will not change; however, it will only be used for invoicing existing StockWise ® (now My Inventory Solutions™) and RenovationsPlus ® program charges to your business.*
Will all of my Home Depot Pro account information transfer over to my HD Supply account?
We want to make this transition as easy for you as possible. For your convenience, we will migrate your purchase history for the past 18 months, as well as your saved Favorites, Custom Catalog, and Bin Label lists, to your HD Supply account.
How do I find my HD Supply account number?
If you did not previously have an HD Supply account, we will create one for you and mail this information to your property, and we will email it to your company contacts on file. Please contact Customer Care if you have questions.
If you have already purchased with us at HD Supply, this information is displayed when you sign in at hdsupplysolutions.com and on your invoice. It will also be displayed in our self-service billing portal, Invoice Gateway, if you're enrolled in this online payment service.
Will my delivery and freight charges change with HD Supply?
You should experience overall enhanced shipping speed and improved shipping/freight terms for operating supplies and maintenance products, with free delivery on most orders to most areas.

In general, you will experience no change to order delivery and cutoff times.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. To help you reduce inventory costs, no minimum order is required. However, there is a $10 handling fee on orders less than $50.
Are there changes to your ordering policies?

Will you still offer will-call services through HD Supply?
Yes. Order pickup is available at the nearest HD Supply Distribution Center for orders placed Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time. Please call 1.800.431.3000 to place your order prior to arriving. Orders will be ready for pickup within an hour of being placed in most instances.
Please note that walk-in counter sales are currently not offered on-site at our HD Supply Distribution Centers.
Will the Home Depot Pro items I purchase change?
Some will. We've worked hard to ensure Pro customers can find exact or similar product matches for their most frequently purchased operations and maintenance items. If we do not carry the specific item you are seeking, we're more than happy to locate it through our supply chain, our extended inventory, and our special-order vendors.
How do I find out what the new HD Supply product numbers are for the Home Depot Pro products I've ordered in the past?
For your convenience, you will be able to look up Home Depot Pro products by their Pro product numbers at hdsupplysolutions.com. Simply type the Pro product numbers in the search bar for exact or similar item matches. Yes. Can I continue to use Home Depot Pro renovations and/or labor services?

Which of my Pro online features will be available on the HD Supply site?
Many of the time-saving tools and resources you find on the Home Depot Pro website will be available on the HD Supply site. Saved lists, printable bin labels, and a printed custom catalog will all be available. Some workflow and budgeting tools are being built and will be available again in the near future.
Can I still shop online on The Home Depot Pro website?
Until the cutoff for ordering occurs, you can shop through your preferred Home Depot Pro channels. After the transition, you will shop online at hdsupplysolutions.com.
How do I sign in to my HD Supply account?

Will I still be able to print my bin labels?
Yes. Your saved bin label lists will be migrated to the "Saved Lists" feature on the HD Supply website so they may be easily accessed and printed. Bin labels may also be printed from your online HD Supply order history. After the transition, please replace Home Depot Pro bin labels with new HD Supply bin labels to easily scan-to-reorder with the HD Supply Solutions app.
Will I still receive Order Status emails?
Yes. You can Opt In to receive Order Status emails online at hdsupplysolutions.com. "Opt In" can be found under the Account Information section of the site when you sign in.
Is anything changing with my current eProcurement shopping experience?
Yes. Where you currently select Home Depot Pro to access your catalog, after the transition, you will select HD Supply to order through the HD Supply punchout website or hosted catalog. Your product assortment will be expanded to include your Home Depot Pro items wherever possible.
For hosted catalog users, the Home Depot Pro catalog will be removed on the cutover date. It will be replaced with an updated HD Supply catalog, unifying the product assortment of both organizations.
If you need to update your catalog through your platform, please work with Customer Care or your sales representative.
Will my static, punchout, or cXML invoicing change?
No. Your invoice process will remain the same. Home Depot Pro orders will be invoiced from Home Depot Pro to close all outstanding order balances. Your HD Supply invoices will flow through your same eProcurement platform.
Do I need to do anything with my eProcurement partner because of this change?
No. Home Depot Pro and HD Supply are working with your eProcurement partner(s) to provide a Day One-ready experience for your business.

You may request proof-of-delivery information for past Home Depot Pro orders by calling Customer Care. After the transition, you will be able to view copies of most HD Supply proof of deliveries through the online Invoice Gateway by selecting the DLVR link, which is located directly on the PDF invoice. Will my invoices and statements look the same?
No. However, our HD Supply documentation contains the same level of detail you are used to receiving with your Home Depot Pro account. For migrating accounts, any open balances will be cleared from the Home Depot Pro account and transferred to the HD Supply account on a new document that will have reference to the original Home Depot Pro invoice.
